For professionals — Foil Ready
Add wingfoil to your catamaran cruises
Your clients are asking for foil, and you can't find a skipper who can both run a catamaran and coach riders. Foil Ready splits the two jobs: your skipper sails, we guide the riders remotely. You add an activity to your program without changing how you recruit or how your crew works on board.
The model: coaching happens remotely
The rider is prepped before boarding, equipped departing from Le Marin, briefed on day one, then advised daily on which spot to choose based on real conditions. None of this needs anyone on board — the sailing decision always stays with the skipper.
- 01
Before departure
A free level and expectations quiz for every rider client. Gear and sizes are chosen from their answers, not their claims.
- 02
Departing from Le Marin
Recent Duotone quiver, safety kit, start-of-stay briefing: the group leaves equipped and knows where it's headed.
- 03
Every day of the stay
A daily exchange with the riders: spot of the day, time slot, anchorage hazards, backup plan. The skipper gets the same information, in plain terms.
- 04
The spot guide, open to all
Spots, moorings, raids and downwinds across the Grenadines, Martinique and Guadeloupe, freely browsable to plan the program.
What the operator gains
- One more activity, no hiring
- Foil is added to the program without creating an onboard coaching position or lengthening the skipper's required qualifications.
- Rider clients who arrive ready
- Level assessed, gear matched, expectations set: less disappointment on board, and a departure that doesn't hinge on the dock.
- No inventory to carry
- Gear is rented to the rider, maintained and replaced by us. You don't fund a quiver aging in a locker.
- A single point of contact
- One address for gear, client preparation and coaching, week after week.
What the skipper no longer has to do
- Choose the wing spots: they arrive every day, with time slots and backup plans.
- Assess riders' level: the quiz handles it before boarding.
- Manage a gear fleet, its pumping, repairs and missing parts.
- Technically supervise riders, neither on the water nor on board.
- Improvise a weather call: daily routing provides it, the decision stays theirs.
